Team Warm Ups

Team warm-ups are not only necessary to avoid injuries and get your mind set ready for the match, they are also important for Team Building Process. Many a times, we have observed players coming in late…just in time to start of the game while rushing in to play in the field. Captains of the league team should encourage their players to allow at least 20 minutes of warm-up time for lap runs, stretches and to get ready for the game.
